Looks nice jodi, but kitchen colour looks really dated to me, patio doesnt look laid properly and the flooring in the lounge is really dark, oak would look nicer!

It is oak (well Karndean flooring as did not want lamiate and not allow wood) just slighty darker finish, Kicthen looks slighty better in the flesh the flash has relfected it badly.
Your right about the patio it is badly laid needs redoing thats one of the things on the list.

Very nice, your flat looks ace
I love the colour of the flooring and the way the wood is laid.
I'd give one of the kitchen walls a coat of really dark brown to give it a feature, think that would show up your units

I should hope the flooring looks ace it Mav knows how much Karndean flooring is.
But I think its worth it water/stain proof so ideal for partys.
Its getting full decorated over the next few weeks, just brought all the funurtie today got to love the sales.

ensuite off main bedroom with two person shower with seperate tank for pressure.
Bathroom with taps in the middle so no fights on who gets the tap end.
