Opinions?

http://www.bmw.co.uk/bmwuk/modelrange/0,4629,1156_1484__bs-Mw%253D%253D%2540bb-M0xJ,00.html

I am test driving one tomorrow with a view to swapping my beloved GTI for one in the not too distant future Would be similar spec to my Golf (SatNav, Xenons, Leather, Cruise, 18s etc.) but with the added bonus of almost 50mpg and its not really much slower (163bhp but 320lb/ft or summat silly!)

Unfortunately circumstances have changed since I bought the Golf and I can't afford to use it for 80 miles a day... too expensive @ 35mpg at best + don't wanna ruin the poor thing by piling miles on and getting dings all over it

Its annoying though not just because I love it but jr put a lot of work into helping me get a great deal

I hope so mate! Mostly for cruising the A34 every day so I also need summat a bit more comfy than the Golf (ride wise) although the M Sport does have slighlty lowered suspension and the 18s...

330d is awseoms, especially when you fit a big intercooler and a bigger turbo then map it.......... makes some little sports cars look silly as you cruise past them in an estate with a roof box on.........

One I would want does come out a bit cheaper £1k but tbh... its not quite as nice as the BM BUT I will deffo drive one so I can have a better look... Audi's website is pants compared to BMW's... BMW's updates for your options so you get a proper look whereas Audis doesnt but given me food for thought, cheers!
