i will be honest an say this bumper is a bit pickled but i do belive it can be repaired with a bit of work.
what you will need to do is 1. source a post 97 bumper
2. cut the top piece of the airdam (where the swage line is)
3. bond the airdam bottom half to your post 97 bumper
4. with some fibre glass tidy up the damage on one side
5. prime up and paint
6. one fixed airdam
it does'nt have any fogs and the fog section has been cut out
it does have black mesh for the mouth and other cut outs
would be an ideal project to learn some basic skills
costs would be minimum
im looking for £ 50 for whats left of the airdam as i want to reclame the money i brought it for...if theres any interest i can post pics

not all of it but its a bit messy as i said, i was goin to use it myself but dont have time to repair it, cant do more pics untill monday now
