Anyone else read it?

I just finished it, the first half is funny as hell the 2nd half is a lot more sinister and got into his mental state, relationship with his wife etc

He was a fantastic player in his day, easily the best passer of a football I have ever witnessed and a great character

Any other football auto-biographies worth a look? Was thinking about George Bests, Alex Fergusons and Stewart Pierce

I've read Fergusons, Fergus McCann, Paul Merson, Tony Adams, Kenny Dalglish, Craig Brown and Graeme Souness off the top of my head.

I'd recommend them all love reading books from people with winning mentalities especially through adversity.

Read Gazza's a while ago. The bloke obviously has issues Found it good until the bit about slagging off Burnley saying we ripped him off. He was utter shit for Burnley, we paid him about £20,000 a week to sit on the bench - he was out getting pissed the night/morning before games etc. Twat.

Read Fowlers (very good and explains alot of what went on under Houllier @ Liverpool) and part way through Gerrards.

Have a few others sat here including Gazzas but havent got round to reading them.
