1)right guys looking around and i seem to get the impression from everyone that you need corsa autoleads to fit aftermarket speakers in the front.. is this correct?
2) I also get the impression that you don't need autoleads for the rear speakers.. is this correct?

be patient. also try posting it in help zone or even ICE and Electricals and you might get some replies.
oh and i dont think any additional leads would be needed to fit aftermarket speakers, im not an expert or anything though so dont quote me on that.

Right, adaptors for the front.
Rear, you wanting 6x9s or replace the origional speakers. If you want 6x9s just cut hols in your parcel shelf to fit em

13cm adaptors will take 13cm speakers, 16cm adaptors take 16cm speakers

haha well door speakers and the back speakers will have to be the same size then. coz if putting a 13cm adaptor thats a 5.25 inch speaker and i think the rear takes exactly the same

IMO, i wouldnt bother with the rears then. Nicest system ive heard was my mates that we built. Rockfor fosgate Comps up front for the mis and highs, then one 12" sub in the boot. Sounded sweet as.

ooooo, no, dnt but West coast stuff.
If you dont have too much cash i really would go for just front speakers and 1 12" sub, Would sound a hell of a lot nicer than that lot. Then when you get mre money you can start amping speakers etc. But for now, stick with fronts and a sub. If you really want rear speakers how about mounting them in your rear door cards.
I'll have a look about and i'll knock together a cheap but fairly decdent system for you tomorrow.
Whats your budget for subs/amp/speakers etc??
