Well after two weeks of constant cleaning, polishing, waxing and tidying, i had my Total Vauxhall feature today! The car hadn't been seen the road for a few weeks, just incase anything happened!
The weather couldn't have been better, bright sunshine The paint looked absolutely amazing in the sun.
Fad and Jr came down for the shoot, so a big thanks to them for that Sorry about the cups of tea Turns out my strong point isn't making tea And Jr, watch out for those toilet door locks
Dan the photographer took some really good photo's, couldn't believe how well they were coming out! He also did one of me stood next to the car with him laying on the ground, so i look like a giant next to the car Was quite funny. Also some funny ones with me and Fad.
Had an incident involving a phesant hit the wing mirror and snapped it off just as we were going to do some moving shots. Luckily, the wires for the mirrors held it on otherwise it would have met the ground Just clipped back on thankfully. Then we went driving down the A1, Dan in his car, me in mine, with dan hanging out of the window of his car while the other Dan drove Had a nice que forming behind us while we were doing 50mph in both lanes
Im hoping it will get on the front cover, but Dan couldn't say whether or not it would be. Would be so chuffed if it does.
Some not so great photos from today taken by myself:
Massive, massive, massive thank you to Fad for selling the car to me. Couldn't have bought a car from a better person How did it feel driving the car again?
Cant wait until it comes out, should be a couple of months
A very happy Jay

Dean- yeah it was down behind matalan, we'd never been down there before and it was an awesome location!
Sorry Ben No one knew apart from Fad and Jr oh and lee mitchell
Thanks people I invited Fad down to have the feature as he was the one who spent all the money and time making the car what it is. I would have felt like a right badger if i'd stolen his glory

Got to agree with Jay was a great day even with the pheasant incident
The feature is mainly Jays as he is now the rightfull owner but he was generous and man enough to not take all the glory and allowed me to take some credit in the making of it
Kinda made all the hard work worth it and knowing full well its gone to a good home and will be looked after.
The phtos did come out excellent and really showed how good the paint looked in the sun.
Was pretty funny how game the guys were to break into a waregouse to take photos
A big thanks was made out to Lee Mitchell who unfortunately couldnt be there who helped me a great deal in making the car what it is today and made sure Corasport got a good mention too
Was a wierd feeling driving it again all the familar sounds of the car kind of like a trip down memory lane....
Thanks again Jay your a diamond fella and this had made all the hard work over years worth it

Thats ok mate As i've said, i'd have hoped someone would be cool enough to do the same to me if i was in your situation.
Most of the write up should be about you and what you did to the car etc. And then at the end somewhere should be about my Irmscher badge modifications reaking into the warehouse was funny, if only we could have got the roller door open

, that should be the main focus of the feature,
man buys car
man adds badges
car is featured
the end
