Funny as fcuk this was.. ill start from the beginning, im up the top of our local meeting place with my mates and this lad and his two mates are there in a nice 04 plate audi TT, twin exhaust one so not the lowest spec.
At this point my mate drives past on the bit of duel carrigeway next to where we all are in his 2ltr corsa giving it a bit...
The lad in the TT starts shouting look at that twat in his 1.4 sri, can only do 110 mine can do 140... I have a laugh to my self and decide to call my mate in the 2ltr corsa to come back, at this point when he turns up the lad in the TT gets back into his car pretty swiftly, and drives off, my mate in the corsa follows him up the by pass sat on his arse and then passes him with the guy in the TT looking some what upset with this and me pissing my self

Was just generally good to see a young lad whos obviously got a rich daddy whos bought him his car get shown that not all corsa's are 1.4 sri's

That's the beauty about Corsa's/Nova's ... U never are sure wot engine it has in it  Or wot's been done  BMW Drivers are funny to abuse too

ahhhhh amazing, I miss doing that! Been driving a 1.8 diesel escort for the last year, fingers crossed getting the corsa back tomorrow though with the new engine! woooooo!

The one and only!! I did 25k miles in it and didnt even check the oil level LOL Reversed into a wall and broke the rear bumper, bent the boot so it doesnt open any more, broken the electric windows (fuse pops every time i replace it), heaters and fans dont work, gearbox is on the way out and crunches every time it goes into 3rd, and it steams up ALL the time cos when i moved to uni and brought the pumps and filters up from Hereford, loads of pond water got spilled in the back of the car. Oh yeah, and the seats are going a bit mouldy now due to said condensation Oh how ive missed my corsa

but theyve fitted a different engine to the corsa and the TT is standard 
i understand the kid was being big headed but the audi tt is still far far better in terms of driveability and handling etc, plus remap at and the corsa wouldnt stand a chance

That wasn't the point though steve, he showed up a guy who being a cock and is revelling in his glory, quite rightly too Everyone knows you don't like corsas and slate them at every opportunity, it starts to get a little boring after a while TBPH.

No way im having a twin exhaust 225bhp TT being destroyed by a 2 litre corsa...unless its a LET or has some serious serious engine mods...OR the TT driver wasnt trying 100%...

that was my thoughts. the twin exhaust TT are a 225bhp and 236 lb/ft of torque. and they weigh 1280kg
so if it was a standard 2 litre corsa:
corsa bhp per ton: 150
TT bhp per ton: 179
and then theres the fact that the TT has 86lb/ft more torque.
Not saying it didnt happen or couldnt happen, just that the TT is a faster car than a corsa XE so the TT driver must have been shit.
