Everton, Chelsea and Man City will all lose out

Only 1 city can have 2 stadia... must only be 1 stadia per city after that

Wembley, Emirates and Old Trafford are the 5 starred so they account for London and Manchester and no doubt Liverpools will be bigger than Evertons so they take Liverpool

Others incl.

Stadium of Light
St James Park
Villa Park
St Marys
Pride Park
Ricoh Arena
Walkers Stadium
New Birmingham City (?)
Portman Road
New MK Dons (?)

Its a shame really as Stamford Bridge, new Everton and Man City are likely to be better than places like Pride Park, Portman Road etc.!!

A Government report has said that both stadiums in Manchester would be used, not sure how though.

I'd use:

OT
COM Stadium
New Liverpool stadium
Wembley
Emirates
Villa Park
St. James
Stadium of Light
St Mary's
Walkers stadium

The new MK Dons stadium can fuck right off!

Its a stupid rule but surely if its FIFA statute we cant do anything about it? Should do though as people would much rather play at Stamford Bridge than Portman Road

TBH they may make an exception, as I cant think of another city in the world that has as many 'top flight' teams as London.

Could easily use Emirates, Bridge (or new one?), WHL and WHU new one aswell as Wembley over a lot of the others being mentioned.

Emirates and Wembley, would they both be classed as in London? My dad was born not far from Wembley and he says he is from Harrow/Middlesex
