When they were doing the driving though they said that only one of them was controlling the legs but then didn't go on later to say whether it was always that way or whether they could switch round.
If one got tired of driving could the other take over and let the first one have a kip?
Surely they should also never get lost or have an accident as there's four eyes watching whats going on?
Each one only controlled one arm but when writing an e mail they typed quicker than most people with control of both arms!
Essentially that programme explained feck all about how they actually cope.

One controls the left side of the body and one controls the right. Regardless of having 2 licences, both are required to drive the car.

I got that but when one said she was doing "the gas and the brake" that would imply that she was controlling both legs.
If thats the case could they both do that any given point?

LOL. Right leg controls both accellerator and brake. Left footed braking is bad practice regardless of being a conjoined twin!!

Likely to be an Automatic - and you should always use the same foot to brake and accelerate; ie move your foot off the gas and onto the accelerator - essentially leaving one foot redundant

I think I could have done with two heads as I was typing that earlier so as one could tell me that I was clearly not paying any actual attention to what I was typing.
Was all pretty impressive though, especially the playing baseball and catcing the american football, I actually know people that can't seem to muster that much coordination.
