About half way through, a tackle by a Luton player in the corner, that results in a red card.

Now for me it was a fucking brilliant tackle, and he fully got the ball without going two feet, or studs up. It just looked bad as he fully commited himself to the challenge.

So, what do you think?

good tackle IMO.

Gets a full foot on the ball and his other foot is out of the way.

What was wrong with that? Fair enough he did commit himself to the challenge but if thats illegal these days then I'll start watching rugby instead.

Wins the ball perfectly absolutely no chance it's a red card. Even if the referree see's that as being far too agressive then a booking would suffice at most as it's clear he wins the ball first.

I think the ref took more notice of the agression.

The thing that annoys me the most is the linesman was less than two feet away. And as soon as the tackle was made he was waving his flag about like a sniper in the stands had taken someone out. If he actually watched the incident like he should have he would of seen it was a perfectly good challenge.

That is your flawed opinion Marc I think the linesman helped make up the refs mind with his reaction to it. Idiot.

When seen at full pace it looks bad.. slowed down and seen again and again its a fair tackle

remember the ref and lino have a split second 2 decide..

its more the appeals process thats a joke

that's an awesome tackle.

Seeing the ball fly into the stand shows how he got ALL the ball.
