bought it with 48k on the clock for 100 pounds not bad for a p reg was sold due to being stood unused so had grimey green marks and lots of dirt embedded in seals, quick spray off with a jet wash solved that, badges and side strips kinda peeled off but so did some paint itll get sorted in due time along with a couple dings

first major thing i did was to lower it, got some dodgy second hand spax shocks and springs

during:

after (crap pic alert)

next i bought some bk333 alloys, alot of people said they wouldnt suit but i like em had a bit of trouble with scrubbing at first but the Carl at topgear warrington said bring it back and well change your tyres for 195/45/15's
Its also debaged and destripped and clean

next thing i did was to fit a psp holder on my dash so i can play it through my cassette dont worry an alpine cd player with aux in is on its way..eventually as well as some components and a sub

fitted some blue dash bulbs and alloy stalks and more recently dial rings

the latest thing was my fk coilovers theyre majorly messed with my camber and tracking though so it was off to demon tweeks to get it done

the drive up was sketchy lol, infact i had to stop and tighten up my wheel nuts on the way up, will get some pics of how it sits and looks now when i give it a clean,

at the minute im sanding down some mirrors (the rare dtm ones) for painting, bought them slightly sanded but still in red so getting them ready for painting...

things to come: escortgti's interior, gsi bumper and side skirts and depos then just need to give my rear and arches a coat of satin black to match.. ive also got a gsi spoiler waiting to go on (just needs spraying), gonna get a peco letterbox exhaust, remus centre section and a 4-2-1 manifold and then 1.6 astra spi inlet and 1.8 cav throttle body, got my sr cam already.. got a few other bits aswell but im not sure on them yet...

heres a shop of how it could look:

erm maybe, they were just dodgy second hand shocks and springs, i reckon they were probably 60mm though as they were proper loose on the shock

after a huge 510 mile trip to scotland and back i began fitting my interior today! most of its fitted now, doorcards, drivers seat, drivers side plastic, rear cards, boot plastics, rear bench although no back part as i need to swap the coverings over due to having weird type brackets.

hopefully i should be able to fit the passenger side and finish fitting the plastic trim and then begin retrimming the back piece when i get some fabric glue

p.s pics to follow once fitted

Thats not the interior which has done the CS rounds is it? The one that was in Vicki's C7RSA then went to Rich Smith, then I think Craig W had it

Don't think so, it was in my old corsa which was sold recently interior intact as far as I know.

Plus that looks like split rear seat, the old C7RSA one was just one piece. And front seats don't look like daytonas

car looks
