Not sure about Halfords by my mechanic friend was saying how much his company make on servicing parts!! can't remember how much he said now but it was shocking!

You get some decent discounts with it mate
I spent £150 came down to £90
£27 wheel bearings ended up at £14 something
£7.99 Brake fluid was £2.24

halfords trade cards are free you just tell them who you work for (can make it up for all they care), i bought some spark plugs the other month which retailed at about £21 and i payed about £10 after the discount

Aint u gota be in the motor trade to get hold of a trade card? i had to take my payslip in to prove i work in the trade when i signed up. cracking discounts though ive gota say!

I got my trade card by taking my payslip down there, proving i was in the motor trade, get some good discounts on parts, £2.odd for a bulb down to 43p.
Can get parts a lot cheaper through motorfactors like SC Motor factors.

make your own letter head paper etc make a fake company
know someone who's done that for costco and it work, so i don't see why it wont work for halfrauds

i got my ferodo pads, pair of disks and a big bottle of brake fluid for less than £30 with mines, ou get a decent amout off of oils and tools but theres is good savings on bulbs and wipers
the super brilliance H4 bulbs come down from about 15 quid to about 4

halfords side light bulb 501 £2.49, TRADE 40p!!!!
And they still make money on that.
Exhaust paste is the same. It's about £3 down to 60p!!!!

So in order to get these sorts of discounts i just pay £15 on that site (that i will probably never use lol) and recieve the trade cards etc in the post? i dont need to supply halfords with anything else?
