Hi i'm 17 and have just bought myself a corsa 1.0 12V (for insurance purposes) I have a scooby too but its too expensive to insure it. I am looking to get as much power out of it as possible. I have already had it lowered and bought some 13 inch alloys for it off ebay. My passion is modifying, to get more power out of it i have already ordered a Kakimoto Racing Jap can. Already installed is a uprated max power air filter. I was wondering if having it superchipped would make alot of difference. Has anyone else put Nos in theirs and how much would it be. Oh and i bought one of those +10 bhp chips of ebay but have not fitted it yet. Thanks in advance for all of you help guys.

TBH with those mods lined up and nos it'll probably be quicker than the scoob.

Ebay resistor chip will only make it run dodgy mate you will not see 10 bhp out of it. You are probably better off not trying to mod the engine for performance as there really is very little gains to get from it, you are better off modifying the looks IMO.

for a start DONT fit that gay little "chip" its not a chip but a resistor that you could of bought from RS etc for pence! plus you'll find it'll fuck your car up.
oh and dont follow Steve's foot steps!

seriously mate, those superchips from ebay are fucking awesome, i saw 25bhp out of one on my ibiza, you have the potential of a very quick car, don't give up yet. it'll be worth it,.
