Hey all

Just a quick question, I have a 5dr CDX, am I right in thinking the CDX's came standard with shorter springs? so would be lower then a standard corsa. It's just that I have some 15" alloys coming end at the end of the week and I was going to lower -40mm, but if the CDX comes lower then standard i realised it might not be much difference so would have to go lower.

Thanks
Ian

They have the same suspension as any other 1.4 16v, which is probably what the springs are designed for anyway if they are SRi/Sport spec.

Same as standard spec suspension, high as a house and wobbly. Mom's 1.4 CDX looked like it was on stilts .

Isn't the CDX more 'luxury' Corsa than sporty?

i.e. cheap luxury = GLS, higher spec luxury = CDX.
cheap sport = SXi, better sport = Sport/GSi.

Then again, I could be wrong?!

Basically, what I'm getting at, is the CDX has normal sus.

Their are none, it's just what people "think" the acronyms might stand for.

the X is for X-men, you have to be part of the x-men to have a cdx

i think i might have to lower -60mm or more, wheels will be 15" khans on low profile
