No, you usually just find one that fits which also complements your engine.

Probably best getting a universal one thats "about" the right size, then have the end tanks taken off, get it cut to the exact size. You can get your inlet and outet pipes moved to suit then too.

Custom made design by us. Made by Pace.
£360, but was made and with us within 2 weeks. Very very good service, superb quality item. Highly reccommend spending the extra, getting your own designed one.
They do have standard bolt on IC's though.
Also, you can get the EDS 9 litre front mounted IC for a Corsa. Or the Frontera one fits.

frontera one is good for a corsa as pipes go the right direction and make it easier for plumbing in! ;-)

forge do universal ones which are not badly priced. custom made is really pointless these days.

Not really, you can do what you want with a custom made one. Design it how you want it to fit and where you want it to fit, with the width and depth you want as well.
Not pointless at all. Theres just other alternatives.

Read vxr's reply above mate...
The frontera one will do the job but only to a certain degree.

Lots of universal units on ebay that are very reasnable. Forge or pace offer custom and universal ones as vxr mentioned. My old corsa had a universal forge one and corb also has the same one!
frontera intercooler is ok if you have a lack of space, but is off a diesel so the flow rate isnt ideal and they are usualy vastly overpriced! Get a universal one off ebay or use forge or pace!
what engine is this goin to be used with and what power output?

Eh? Might have mis-read somewhere.
Unless your fitting a Turbocharger or a supercharger, you won't need an intercooler.
