I have that feeling, the same one I had this time in 2005.

One of the things the commentary team said last night made me believe, it was something along the lines of:

Liverpool are the one team you don't want to go a goal down to, he rightly pointed out about our big games with chelsea, barcelona, man utd this season (and to a degree the last one at arsenal), we are favourites in 90 minutes against anyone if we go a goal up now imo. I know there are two legs but the fortress anfield is gonna be hard for any team to come to and score. (fuck off arsenal fans ) man utd pipped us, chelsea got it handed to them, barca couldn't do anything.

I really fancy us, I think I would prefer valencia in the next round btw

I reckon there would be murder in athens though and english fans would be in the bin again

I have a good feeling about it, feel we will win the final no matter who it is against...its just the semi Im not too sure on!!

I put £25 on liverpool winning it after the barca game in spain, they have a superb squad of players and are capable of going all the way again imo

I couldnt stand a ManUre vs Us final, my nerves would be shot. And dont think Athens would be a good place to be. The sort of banter we had with AC fans in Istanbul just couldnt happen.

I had some money on us to win it at the beginning of the season, forgot how much and the odds now, something like 150-1 and had about a fiver on it!

we struggled all game against them and managed to get a scrappy goal in the last few minutes at liverpool, considering were almost champions, i definalty wouldnt call them crap, deserved imo
