I'd put it all on Liverpool to qualify for the Semi Finals tonight.
Then with my £1,000,101 i'd buy a house and car.

Put most away in a high % savers account where i can earn a few thousand per day interest.
Quit my job.
Arrange an awful lot of world visits.
Get D4 working
A million is a lot, but not THAT much in todays world. Better to invest/save and make money, so you don't ever have to work again.
U'd still have to be carefull, but not as carefull as you would be on your current wages

Exactly Bert, 300k would get you a decent house down South on the coast and not have to work for the rest of your life.

I would buy a 3 bedroom house with a garage and probally give some for charity, save some for kids college/ uni fees, and the rest for weekly food shopping and bills.

I'm with Oliver on this one. Purchase a nice house out in the countryside and then live off the rest. Perhaps work part time with as little stress involved as possible.
Give the money to my kids when they get older/need it.

I won't be keeping the money, I will buy a place in the country and once I have a bit more capital buy somewhere in the Bavarian Alps and collect Third Reich memrobilia.
