As you may have guessed from my other post... it seems WOB (thanks again jr ) is set to depart of my care!!
I've been offered £20k for it which, considering a boggo brand new one is £20,380, is a fairly spiffing price!!
That then leaves the decisin down to the (likely) M3, maybe a new TT (very unlikely) or the rank outsider, an Exige (S maybe) which, according to a friend who owns one, is perfectly comfortable for crusing up and down the A34 evey day... I doubt it but he has seriosuly suggested I test one so that I shall do in time!!
Cripes!

I would say go for a M3/5
If you can afford one the M5 is about the most capable car on the road. It has the handling, the comfort and enough pace to rip your face off

i drove the old shape tt and i thought the 225 1.8t was better than the v6 so would imagine the 2.0t being better

thats a very good price!
Personally would be going for a brand new TT or new S3. I remember you were going to buy an S3 but cant remember the reason for not going ahead with it?

Is this a Golf GTI?
£20k is bloody good. Now go and get an astra vxr and have a few ££££ to mod it and your onto a winner!
