What is the standard corsa sport disc size and what is the best brake upgrade. Red top performance brakes or corsa big brake upgrades?

Depends on the engine.
I think 1.4 16v ones are 236x20mm.
Cavalier/Astra/Calibra 16v brakes are 256x24mm and are better, or you can use 288x24mm Fiat coupe turbo discs, with vectra v6 or cavalier/calibra v6/turbo calipers and pads.

as Robin said 236mm for 1.4 sport
1.6 sport are 256, will need new calipers too
then it depends what wheels u have to what size breaks u can fit behind them

Not for a 1.6 engine mate, Overkill IMO. Standard 2l brakes will make a massive improvement at a cheap price!

Lol, it wont be a standard 1.6 when im done with it. Ive got many mods planned for it heading for about 180bhp. Will standard 2l brakes still be fine?

Do the Fiat 288mm disc and V6 caliper setup, that's your best bet.
Or buy a full kit from LMF for £215.
I had them on mine, they were excellent.

The LMF kit, is that the 288mm big brake upgrade? and do they basically fit straight on as i assume you get the caliper mounting etc?

Yes mate, everything is included to get them on. Discs, pads, caliper and brackets.
The only thing I'd advise you to get would be braided brake lines on the front. LMF do them too and they make a massive difference.

Discs, Pads, Calipers, Hangers. The discs need to be re-drilled to 4 stud and have spigot rings ftted. You can buy the kit new from LMF for £200.

The discs, calipers and pads and carriers are from a Vectra V6. Hence the name 'V6 brake kit'
You can get re-drilled discs from LMF. Or, use fiat coupe discs and elongate the holes by 1mm. Pads are 2.5 V6 vectra pads.
