seen a few people doing things they shouldnt on the hardshoulder before like undertaking, stopping for a piss, stopping to be sick, passing pringles to other people, running down the motorway in traffic jams an putting wipers up on mates cars etc.
So who has misused the hardshoulder?

Yep, the fat gay wanker threatened me with another 3 points and at least a 60 quid fine on top of the fact he'd just nicked me for speeding when he could have let me off with a warning.

Why the fuck would you stop on a hard shoulder to answer the phone? That's unbelievebly dangerous! What happens if a truck rams you in the ass? You get proper fucked!!!

Bloody phones. This whole thing of pulling over to answer is all good on paper, but relying on the general public to make a good descision on when and where to pull over is crazy. You see people on blind corners barely pulled in, or somone blocking half the road taking a phone call... Hands free is where it's at, or not using the phone when driving? I hardly ever use my phone in the car...

if your caught using your phone on the hard shoulder cant you say your ringing a recovery company or a friend to find out the number of a recovery company and say your car was making weird noises? (or is that just me being stupid)
ps never used the hardshoulder.
