My remapped Octavia RS feels miles quicker than my Corsa, maybe its the extra torque, not sure.

XE Corsa vs Saxo VTS had some cracking play when i had mine. They're v close but the corsa always seemed to have more top end.

A 2litre wont 'rape' it like many people seem to think

i was looking at VTR's before my corsa, and was allways a big fan of the XSi 106s but decided on a corsa and one came up cheap and was used to driving my gfs 1.2 8v and my old 1.7 diesel...corsa's are fun but thinking of summart faster when no claims comes thru in december...looked at mgf's for a laff...abit hairdresser but cheap and just abour affordable..then again cud get a clio sport, saxo vts for same pricy...kinda works out the same...or stick in a XE lump in my sport when i start to clock up the miles

Ditto and yeah the XE Corsa would definately not "rape" a VTS.

John, Saxo's are 120bhp, and weigh more than that.
