Any of you that have been arround here a few years may remember that over the years I have slowly built up my track corsa.
Quick Spec:
1.6 16v on throttle bodies Emerald Managment
Gaz Coilovers all round
Strip out, roll cage, spa design dash
To Finish off I need to:
Fit front brakes and goodridge hoses
Sort out an MOT friendly exhaust
Move a light weight battery to where the fuel tank used to live
Fit poly carb windows
Sort out fibreglass bonnet fitting

Got the car into my gargage but the small corsa feels pretty big in a single garage.
To make room for work I have put the front on a skate
and the rear wheels sit on individual dollies this means it can be pushed to one side
leaving plenty of room on the other side

Hurry up Stu It's looked the same for as long as I can remember.
You'll have to bring it along to an East Mids RR day when we next have one if it's not too far from you

Got whatI hope will by an MOT friendly exhaust done.
Replaced the back box with a cat off of my old supra. Just need to do the tail pipe with a few bafles and knock it down to a pea shooter as at the moment it a straight through 2.5" exhaust with a cat on the end is a bit loud
Also test fitted the front polycarb window

Mini update
got the last of the poly bushes fitted onto the rear beam
Also the goodridge hoses on the beam just have one standard join left on the car soaking in WD40
Also trimmed the back panel bit of wait saving but helps a lot when going under the car

Got the speedo working with a nice simple bracket
Also cut way the panel under the scuttle.
Tried to bleed the brakes with one of those one man kits but they are crap so gave up

great progress, getting rid of the bulkhead really makes a massive difference to underbonnet tems, scuttle acts as a big bonnet vent!

the one man kits are good. You just have to pump the pedal really quickly to get the fluid through the system!
