Kind of expect it tbh
Clio is a mini Civic Type R - more track/fast road orientated fun car
Corsa is a mini Astra VXR - bit more refined and easier to live with day to day.
That's the impression I get anyway

not sure whats hard to believe, a 106gti was tested faster round a track then a standard uk spec impreza turbo by evo magazine, but the impreza would still be faster in a straight line
