Tevez isnt worth £39m, he is worth £20-25m tops and that is pushing it as has only had a good half season over here.

If you stump up over £25m for him I'll have a wet dream of All Torque variety.

I wouldn't say Tevez was worth anywhere near the figures being quoted, I personally always rated Mascherano the better of the 2.

Comparing the 2 players is a bit pointless seeing asthough they are totally different in how they play, comparing a holding midfielder who breaks up play, protects his back four and creates good team movements with his passing to a player who attacks, bombs forward at every chance and runs all match long to score goals.
I personally think you will find players who score goals allday long, there is hundreds and thousands of them so no real need to pay £39m for Tevez.
Amauri would be a better buy for Inter Milan.

I don't see it as pointless, you can compare them all day long as football players, i happen to think Mascherano is a superb footballer with a superb footballing brain.
Tevez is just another next big thing from South America so far, could be great but is just an impact player just now unproven at the highest level.
