The Spax ones suffer from corrosion too though don't they? Problem is, coilovers aren't really suited for road cars, unless you go for your FK Silverlines or HK's. They need to have high grade stainless bodys and high grade anodized aluminium bodys beecause you can forget what you learned in chemistry, aluminium does corrode if exposed to the shite that you get on roads.

Going off my expereince with my mates and mine, i had rear seats, greased them up when fitted and they were fine for 2 and a half years. Mate has had them on his corsa over 3 years now and there still fine, im sure all products fail now and again if not looked after.
silverlines are stainless Rob so yeah

Not to sure how much the silverlines are tbh, all i can say is if you look after the FKS they will generally be perfectly fine from what ive seen

lol id feel ashamed though...want the car looks gud first...haha too chaved up at the minute from the girl that had it before me. If i come up might bring a few friends haha...mate in his r5 turbo and his brother with his rusty 1.2 nova...louder than any car ive known haha

no...but we know of 2/3 in the area...his a member of RTOC (renault turbo owners club) if its chaved up abit then its from around the corner for my gf's where i am now F reg...or if a H from halesowen and other im not sure but its in west midlands...also know of another from west midlands of a friends...also got an mr2 turbo across the road from me ;o) if anyone wants to try and kill it haha

i know but its hard to raise money in my case...its either FKs or nothing lol...or go for fixed rate drop...maybe PI springs and then in few months sum good damping shocks???
