James maybe as he's a good shotstopper and England are lacking an undisputed number 1 but Campbell? I think his time is up you won't be winning world cups with Sol Campbells.

I'd have Matty Taylor in there for sure he's performed for 2 seasons now, long overdue.

I'd have had Lescott and a few others in before Campbell, they know what Campbell can do, why call him in for a friendly against Germany when these guys are pushing for a place in the full squad and you can have a look at them this way?

friendly match and he includes injured players?
what a twat, im a evertonian and probably a bit biased but lescott is a good enough defender to be included in the squad, and y take gerrard if he's got a sore toe or what ever excuse he's given

He needs to understand that we have better players than him in the first XI, he's a young lad. He should realise he'll get his chance one day.

he didnt turn down the u21's cos he couldnt be arsed, he was looking after himself, he KNEW it would hurt his england career if he pulled out but did it anyway, he deserves a place becuase we ALL KNOW what that whole squad plays like for england, why not throw a few new faces in you fuckin bell end seeing as its a friendly, makes me fuckin mad :@ even sven mixed it up a little
