getting a new system on the nova, oging to use an ashley manifold hopefully.


what i want to know is. Do they come with lambda attachments so i can fit my sensor?

those ashley manifolds for the novas are fooking awesome. i hope your getting the full system to match because they sound absolutely awesome with them

do they make 2.25 systems? Thats what im after for the XE you see but cant find a full system to match the c20xe manifold

yes they do i believe, my mate had the job lot on his and it was truly superb. excellent quality made and sounded really really good. and the standard looking-ish 2.5 inch black tailpipes are awesome

dont like the back box though would prefer a single exit.

Shame the corsa fitments are different to the nova backboxes

on that ashley competition website (not the fancy one) ive found the system i think your mate had.

2.25 inch single exit system. in black. looks schweet.

Should free up the engine a bit as i have a feeling mines a 2 inch system fitted to a 1.6 back box urgh.

its shows a twin tailpipe but it isnt, the description says a twin box which means it has 2 silencers and it has a black tailpipe.

but to save getting confused i would just order both the manifold and exhuast from ashley. you wont be dissapointed, trust me

ahha i hope not!

just waiting for my mate to buy my alloys so i have a nice 400 quid to spend on a new system and a manifold heatshield

if you can stretch to it, some exhuast manifold wrap would be good too to do the manifold and front of the system in

lmao fair enough i suppose. would just keep the engine bay temps down a bit thats all, as i presume you are running a cone filter on your xe unless you have bmc which isnt sucking in nice warm air?

i have a simota

like a bmc but normally used on jap cars. No cold air feed though so only a little better than cones. Funnily enough i have a BMC coming

yup. manifold is nearly toching crossmember too.

was gunna get meself some samco hosing for the inlet from the filter. But its too tight to fit between the suspension turret and block

heatwrap + mild steel manifold = bad idea. Ask Ashley Exhausts
