how the hell do you fit a sub in a roll cage.

A sub weighs heats, MDF isnt light.

Have a good think about permantly ruining the rear of the car and its potential resale before you go ahead with any of these 'ideas'

Welding a floor onto your floor - classic

if it was stripped etc it would be a piston heads type of sale anyway where people might like it with bigger engine etc. so it would have track potential.

i know a sub and mdf weigh but other than looking nice i have no other reson to do it.

not all of the cars in those pics are track cars are they?

well its an opinion ive seen it done before and hes was asking, not something i would do, and yes people have put some type of sub boxes into their cage, and in case u didnt know MDF isnt the be all and end all or sub boxes

im with ak, i remember when my mate stripped his 106 rallye and had all the stuff in boxes and i couldnt believe how much it weighed. its about the only thing you can do to improve the performance of your car for free but its effort aswell and to spend all that time stripping a car only to more effort into something that will weigh it down again seems rather odd.

best of leaving it with full interior and save yourself time, and effort

idont have a sprae anyway. basically the floor would be flat to where the footwell for the back seats where then it curves down like notmal seats and sub is flush in the wheel well with the box underneath so all you can seei sthe sub
