Hi Guys/Girls

I've had my 360 for about 7/8 months now and its already been sent off once and I wasn't able to use it for about a month

I was speaking to a guy who owns the local gameshop in town and he has said they have a whopping 40% fault rate (4/10) which is diar in comparison with the PS3 which has a 1.8% fault rate....

If I had the money I would definately get a PS3, although atm the games that are out for the 360 are far superior

I'm absolutely gutted just got mine back this morning... and guess what the bloody connect button won't work on the console!!!!

I just phoned them up to get it ready to be repaired again.... (they said it will be a "quick repair")

Can't believe it... haven't played it in about 6 weeks and now I still can't b**tarding use it!

the only upside is that he has given me a year's free Membership on XBOX LIVE GOLD

this is why you should own more than one gaming device, if one goes knackered you have backups in place
