Just looking at booking a supercar driving experience for my 21st. Wanted to know if anyone has been on one they can recommend and who they booked it with?
Budget is around £450.

Cheers Joe, had a look at that site. Wish they would give you some more info on what you do in the car and how long you get in each.
Can see it just been a blast down a straight and back
Was looking at this one http://www.trackdays.co.uk/Driving-experiences/Driveme/Ultimate-Supercar.htm

I loved it, tempted to do it again. Have a look in my garage for pics.

I did one at Silverstone a few years back.
I got to drive an Audi TT 3.2 with that DSG gearbox. Then after that it was an S2 Lotus Elise. Then finally a Ferrari 355.
You get to use half of Silverstone, or at least I did as Jordan or someone were testing over the other side.
With each car you get about 2/3 laps including the outlap. Doesn't sound like alot but it's enough to have fun with the cars.
As for how hard can you push them, well I was bouncing off the limiter in the Ferrari as the guy told me to change gear but I thought i'd let it carry on revving Shit myself when it starting bouncing off!
Well worth it as a present. Mine was for my 21st and I loved it.
Silverstone had a few add ons too, where for a few extra quid on the day you could try out other cars. I paid £35 for a 3 lap spin in a Caterham R400 as a passenger. The driver was a fucking loon! Scariest experience ever! Fun though

Nath - Link to the Experience you went on? One of my mates when on one of those driving experiences and he had to sign something before he started to say if he wheel span he'd have to sit out for the entire day.

ive done a rally rush experience with treatme.net and it was a very good day out, although all the experiences take place on the same place, and its only a looped track with some chicanes in, still very good fun, also drove a astra gte rally car, if i were to go again tho would go for a trackday one.

As hard as you can, you always have an instructor in the car with you but they're always pushing you to go faster. I'm sure if you starting spinning out all over the place though they will tell you to slow down!
You don't get many laps though, that was the only downside but I still think its definitely worth it. One thing you must do is go for a passenger ride, I was took out in a 911 Turbo (996) and I never knew how much faster a car could go with someone who knows what they're doing behind the wheel!

I got one for my 18th and its not a waste of money at all believe me.
I done mine at Croft:
BMW Mini Cooper S - 5 Laps
Ginetta - 5 Laps
Porsche 944 Turbo - 4 Laps
Ferrari - 2 Laps
High Speed passenger ride in the Ginetta
I was grinning from ear to ear all day, well worth the money.

I know it isn't a supercar, but I did a Cooper S and dad did M3 at Rockingham. It was good, but the inner Rockingham circuit is far too small.
There was someone doing a Ferrari there, and they were on the small track.
It would have to be somewhere like Silverstone, to get the most of the car and experience imho.
