Basic spraying plastic IMO:

1. Sand down bobble effect till smooth 100 grit
2.Wet dry it 600 grit
3.Wet dry 1200 grit
4.Clean with meths, or thinners
5.Halfords plastic filler primer
6.When dried for a few hours, wet dry with 1500 grit
7.Base coat, then laquer
8.After dried for 24hours wet dry the laquer with 2000 grit.
9.then rubbing compound it up then wax and polish to a shine

firstly biggest advice would be get it done professionally or theres a major chance itll look shit

remove all things to be painted
prep with some red scotchbrite
wipe with panel wipe
high build prime
flat down primer with some 800 grit wet and dry
clean with panel wipe
paint with base coat and lacquer
