can you use any of the itunes library on the phone as a ringtome?? no...
can it do 3g?? no...
does it have a camera?? no...
tbh your better off buying an Orbit or whatever, whacking in a big-ass memory card, sim unlocking it & going for gold... PLUS you don't then have all the gay DRM rights shit like you do with the iphone...

Why would anyone buy something that is more expensive than other phones, but doesn't perform better than other phones? Woo, it's an iPod glued to a phone, news flash, iPods aren't exactly that great either.

2 Mega pixel with NO zoom NO flash NOTHING... basic cheap bodged-on camera... in my opinion not even worth including (hence I don't class it as a camera phone) It can't even record video's. Can't record voice (STILL) according to various sources.
Played with one myself, was bored withing 5 minutes. Nothing new, nothing exciting about them either. Seriously overpriced for what they are..

• One-size-fits-all headset jack (May have to buy an adapter for certain headphones)

The quality of the camera has nothing to do with the resolution at which it creates an image. Why wont people ever learn this?

exactly, my missus nokia has a 2mp camera in it, but are the images as good quality as my old 2mp digital camera, are they fook
the lens is what determines the quality of the images

Gadget show had a good review of the iPhone & N95.
iPhone was great as a gadget but if you actually try using it in all the ways you 'should' be able to you will be let down.
N95 might not be as trendy but overall performed better.
Whens the new N95 out on the O2? With the GPS improved I'm probably going to go for it (shame it looses the memory expansion)

You are right to an extent about the megapixels but not 100%.
More megapixels do not mean a better picture, correct.
The lens also makes a difference yes.
Sensor size also has a big part to play with these, they are squeezing more pixels into a smaller space hence less light getting to each one.
