what you recon this spec will push out?

ok here it goes,
engine fully cleaned of all crap and gunk, to start
hi pressure fuel line and bigger injectors
straight through exhaust (no CAT)
db inlt kit
k&n Pannel
heat reduction wrap where possible
fse valve
competition leads
4 core platinum plugs
hi spec coil
it has the later head on it with triangular inlets which mean i started with more than the book said.
liquid heat sink.
alloy 4 branch manifold (not stainless steel) so it doesn't hold heat.
Thinner oil and 102 octane fuel.
i may have missed some stuff but trust me it all adds up

it's a 1.6 sport.
lad recon's it's 152, i think it's bullshit

So, inlet, exhaust, filter, overfuel valve.

Under 130bhp. Mine was similar spec and had a chip, it made 130.

Actually, less, it's got bigger injectors and an FSE and needs neither, so it'll be overfuelling like fuck.

118.

PMSL - found this funny
what did you expect my engine to look like in the end of the day?
oh yeah and I forgot to mention that i had a sports clutch so i dont lose much bhp between the flywheel and the wheels, the wheels are almost the right diameter for the power the wheel size ratio aswell. Trust me i spent over a month of sundays in my mate's dads garage on the rolling road and tweeking it to make it 152bhp and im proud.
Judging by the general concensus above, i'd guess at about 120 at a push.

EDIT - Tweeking what exactly.................joker.
