hi guys, thought id start a project thread as ive been told to so hear it is. I bought this 1400 corsa sport in january for £1770, heres some pictures after its first wash

few days later i bought a pipercross viper

after enjoyin that induction roar for a while i decided to get some clear rear lights, spax coilovers and speedlines.

Then i decided to get an exhaust, so i bought a janspeed 4-2-1 exhaust manifold, magnex decat straight through with a magnex oval backbox.

After that i bought a flip paint engine conver, some JL audio front components,4 12" audiobahn subs and a 6 channel jl audio amp.

Ive just recently bought a lexmaul inlet manifold which is in the post and should be fitted by next wednesday with pictures to follow, im going to get it rolling roaded aswell to see what its kicking out.
It's also going away in january for cosmetic surgery, its having:
gsi front bumper (already got) all smoothed aswell
steinmetz sideskirts (already got) and smoothed in
arches smoothed on,
aerial and roof rails smoothed on,
depo front headlights,
spoiler, rear wiper, boot lock all smoothed in and boot popper (already got) installed.
rear bumper smoothed,
bad boy bonnet with either astra gsi vents or a renault 19 vent.

After deciding all this over the last few months ive stripped the rear to start dynamating which i bought 2 dynamat extreme bulk packs, gonna do the whole car eventually. this is so i can put all four audiobahn subs in as ive only got 2 in the boot at the moment.
i also bought some wind deflectors.
here some pictures

in the next few weeks im going to finish off dynamating the rear end and put all the four subs in and tint my windows.
looking for some 2l calibra brakes aswell.

looking good and some very nice mods, should be good when finsihed.

just feel that your doing these engine mods to make it faster but then your going to put 4 subs in which will weigh it down and slow it back down again

Nice car mate ,

Not keen on the rear lights though. Think standards look way nicer.

Just my opinion mind.

yeah was thinking about going back to standard rears anyway so may be on the cards.
well its not a race car so 4 subs wont weigh it down too much and there not for def yet anyway.
this arrived today

happy days. should be fitted by wednesday hopefully

Cars taking shape i'd ditch the rear lights though, but if you like them you like them.

If you beat a zetec s then they were not driving properly! they are on par with 1.6 sports.

good progress so far.
