how do i go about choosing what size intercooler is best without getting a pressure drop across the system on my standard fabia?

nope i just want one to make my charge temps optimal and for looks, but i dont want it to make my turbo worse

i want to buy a cheap one, like barnes has it does the job, and i will make up the tubing myself

I'd just measure the hole under the front plate and get one that sort of size then, can't imagine that being TOO big?

i reckon one the same size as the aftermarket intercooler forge sell for the leon cupra would be fine

id try and find a route for the pipes too incase 'things' are in the way .. ie aircon and coolant pipes etc .. might make it abit easier as to which cooler to buy

there is fuck loads of room behind the bumper seriously i could get in there
and access from the existing piping on the smic is pretty good
