I got my mum one for her birthday the other week. Argos had some at half price, but they were all sold out.
TBH when looking there were some at £80 and some at £40. The difference was so not worth £40
One we got was about £35-40 and she loves it, it looks good too

i think there a brilliant idea, what with normal cameras practically un used these days in the digital world, people who dont use forums or chatrooms to display there pics like to display them in there homes...cracking idea

Plus you can get some that have thumbnails on them so ease of use.
Then more technical ones with a remote etc - which i dont see the point in tbh. just set it off and let it change on its own

Only looking to get one for about £50 I think, nothing too fancy. Do you just buy a memory card seperately and plug it in with the photos?

I bought mine from Play.com for my parents Christmas. It looks good, sleek design. I've hooked it up quickly, to have a look but could only put phone quality pics in. Got my SD card through the door today (it's not usually supplied) so I'll put some high res images on it then tell you what the quality is like.

Yeah, they take all sorts of different cards. My mum is currently using a normal USB memory stick she had spare
Put pictures on card > pop card in frame
Some frames have internal memory, but its similar to phones internal memory - not worth using

It's this one >>> Click
Except in 7", I can't find the 7" one, but mine was £55. It's quite good as you can read reviews on them. I was going to buy one but it got a bad review so I changed my mind. Handy thing about Play.
