200g smoke mackerel and wholegrain rice.
I love it personally. I don't like Tuna by itself though, I have to add salad cream or something.

yeh i love them, good for if your in a rush and need to eat them.
I'm quite lazy with food prep tbh, i'd rather eat the same shit every day all week just so i dont have to mess about cookin new stuff. I've gone through weeks just eating plain chicken breast, pasta and brocolli 3x during day and then change the chicken for steak in the evening. Or i've also done a week of plain fish fillets with pasta/rice and brocolli (that was seriously awful)
I'm back on my diet on monday, ive had 3 weeks off of it and put about 7lbs on but most of it will be water weight due to the amount of carbs i took in.

just eating an apple for lunch is just as bad for your body as having a takeaway is

The problem with that and skipping meals is the next time you eat the body will store the food as fat to make up fir what you havn't had.
Thats why its important to have breakfast etc.

in the short term, but in reality your destroying your metabolism, so then when/if you do eat normally your body won't metabolise it properly and in turn gain weight easily
good luck though

which sugar is it in apples adz9, sucrose, fructose? Im pretty sure its on the list off fruits that will initate an fat storing insulin response?
regardless what you are saying is correct, will indeed have adverse effects on metabolims.
what do you eat for breaksfast shelly?
im guessing your main meal is when you get in from work?
