at 36 psi I'm sure it'll return great MPG.

Goes pretty well tho for 1.5 TD - not quite got the gti tho

Just reminds me of Adam_Patherick with his rally style 1.5 tdi corsa, tho it was no way near as quick as that one, more like as fast as a 1.4

A nice 205 diesel that wouldn't be too shy and handle.

thats some stupid about of boost on a 1.5td he would have been better fitting a 1.7td and running less boost

also probably could have stayed level had he run a mix of veggie oil and diesel

would love a Corsa B 1.7td with a front mounted intercooler 55mpg with bundles of torque

i'd be tempted to turn up the fueling, boost etc. and fit an intercooler but where could you get one suitable?

any intercooler would be suitable, and there is a tutorial on here from ages ago regarding upping the fuelling and boost.

a friend of mine has a 1.7 TD Cavalier which is essentially the same engine as yours, his now runs 125bhp and 242lb/ft of torque without nitrous, and then it goes to over 200bhp and well over 300lb/ft of torque with nitrous.

All he is running is a big intercooler, big turbo with external wastegate, big exhaust, hard boost pipes, upped boost and fuelling and water injection

i love the way all these people with 1.7 Tdi corsa's now think they can fit a intercooler and a slight increase of boost and their car will be as quick as that one in the vid
