I'd say more chance as you'll just get people taking a half day off and going the pub for a good 3-4hrs before the game!!

Doubt it very much
12.30 kick offs on saturday is the norm now for old firm games.
people get tanked up friday night, back on it early saturday and steaming for the game.
Never trouble at the grounds there well policed, just sometimes in the city afterwards.not too bad though

Having been to a fair few games at each time I would certainly say people are more drunk at night games and later ones on weekends. Hence, like you said, the majority of troublesome matches are now early kick offs at weekends.

Having McGeady back is a major boost for you's, he's been by far your best player all season
I'm quietly confident about this one, really not much between us this season but i think we'll get a point atleast

Back on topic, i think it'll be tight, we need a win seeing as you beat us at Ibrox you's would probably settle for a draw which will make it tough.
A nil nil or 1 in it imo.

only difference as far as i know is the cost of policing and amount of police involved and the obvious floodlights lol.
As far as predictions go -
Celtic 1 - 2 Rangers
McGeady Hemdani, Boyd

Police? Does it cost more on a week day night compared to that of a weekend day match for their services?

Moved again due to the game being postphoned today
quote: RANGERS' Scottish Cup clash with East Stirling has become a victim of the weather and there could be consequences for the rearranged Old Firm game on January 23.
Ibrox is waterlogged after torrential rain all night and this morning and a decision was taken to call off the fourth round Cup tie with the Third Division side.
Rangers officials are talking with the SPL and SFA right now to find out when the East Stirling match can now be played but January 23 is a Scottish Cup date.
