I believe we who have a more technological life, and use computers etc in our lives sleep less and have longer days than most others.
Whats the verdict?
Put what time you go to bed in the poll, and in the replies state what time you put and what time you have to get up. Might be good to say what you do for a living too?

I tend not to go to bed so early in the evening or during the day...as you put.

Weekdays I usually go to bed aroun 1am, and wake at around 8am.
Weekends, well anything really but I'll be lucky to wake up before 12pm (I'm at work today before any funny cunt says anything )

I tend to sleep for around 3-4 hours a night sometimes less.
Due to the medication I take but I never been a big sleeper and does not seem to effect me, do not feel overly tired.

Human body does not need 7 hours its all about the type of sleep you get.

Its all to do with your own circadian rhythm. in fact it is worse in many ways to over sleep than under sleep.

I'm not alert, don't get me wrong, I just stay up late for no reason an awful lot.
Its not a good idea and I'm not proud, and I probably would benefit from more
