Rough cost? And how hard is it to locate parts?

Gearbox (f28)
Turbo
Hoses
Turbo Coolant Kit
Breather Hoses
Coolant Hoses
Ancillary Hoses
Gearbox spacer kit
Pair of motorsport shafts
Pair of motorsport hubs
Tie rod lowering kit
F28 mount kit
Chassis bracket
Rubber mount
PAS Pump Mount
F28 2wd Plate
Intercooler
13 Row Oil Cooler

What would be the rough cost?

And what is missing off the list?

Do quite a few miles to work and back though, a 6th gear would be a little money saver tbh.

Theres an f20 box on the car atm.

Yeah, basically adding the turbo, to make it a 2.0 turbo instead of the 2.0...

my c20let with the f18 was no worse on petrol than my 1.6 sport

in fact i reckon it was better on fuel, remember its a standard engine

£450, i didn't know i'd even sell the red corsa, so i told him i don't want it anymore, as I couldnt afford the conversion at the time. It went to some lad in Amlwch for his nova. He got £600 for it in the end

if your after more power on a budget but dont need the power all the time have you not considered nitrous??

also second hand weber carbs would be a decent power increase if you have them set up correctly.

only good reason to convert an xe to a let, is if your going for stupid amount's of power..

this is becuase you'll be replacing most part's in the let anyway, so you can use the engine you got etc etc
