too low i reckon, it'll probably hit the bump stops on bumps or hard cornering, thus causing a skittish, unstable car on track.

My Rallye owes me about 4k+, saying that I paid about 1k more for it than an average XSI would cost. With that I have a caged S1 rallye, buckets, lightened and balanced fly, k&n, 4 pots, bilsteins and eibach springs, s1 gearbox, quaife lsd. Probably would buy everything already done if I were to get another track car though.

I know Really should get my ass into gear with it.

Caged S1 with buckets, 15's on toyos, catback, and 1.6 8v engine conversion £2000
S1 box and quaife lsd £700
Bilsteins £275
Brembos £80 (ooooh yeah!)
Eibachs £50
Group A mounts £100
Lightened fly £120
Paddle clutch £100?

Maybe not 4k but taking into account some labour charges, and also the fact I still need disks and hoses, and need to replace the exhaust at which point il buy a manifold aswell, and also strut braces. Few other jobs need sorting aswell in good time but probably will hit around the 4k mark. No doubt in my mind that it will surprise alot of people on track though.

Needs a remap to get the best out of it... but bargain considering all the parts on it.

Almost worth buying and stripping

the management alone is worth £500 ish.

Cams £350 ish...

etc

Not the best handling french hot hatch as standard although very very very good. You must rember they are getting tired now allbeit a set of bilsteins will sort that out!

200bhp with cams?

My mate Scott has an MI16 205 on carbs and cams and that under 18o-190 bhp and he is currently building a TB's one up now so he can dump the carbed lump in his CTI
