Ok not sure how legal this is, but its great fun non the less.

Go to google

Type inurl:indexFrame.shtml and search

It will bring back alot of webcams, security cams, construction cams etc, alot of them you can control yourself.At the minute i am messing on this one, watching 3 ppl play tennis.

If you do it and it asks you to install software click yes, its just the software to get the cams working.

Not having that, how can I control a Camera from where im sittin, what if someone else in the world wants 2 send it left and im trying to send it right, cant be real. You can look at matthew streets webcam online though, it takes 1 picture every hour though

Find a cam that you can control, move it left, right, zoom, tilt, u will soon realise its you controling it.

Ive been watching the cardiff cameras when im bored for years now

Usually some nice fanny by the castle

You can operate the street cameras outside the castle,millenium stadium and the civic centre.

All you need is java no need to install anything

and this is live as ive seen mates cars on the cameras after they phone and say can you see me
