I'm new here :] i'm 17 and this is my first car,
even though i haven't took my test yet!
Thought it was a good deal for £700, its got a couple of scratches and little rust spots, but nothing that you can't sort out.

Woo smoke grey, the best colour. Looks like my old car.

Need some black to back on those bumpers and arches.

yeah i've got some back to black,
i put it on the mirrors and under the wipers but i wasn't sure whether the bumpers should be black or grey so i was going to buy some grey trim restorer.

do you think back to black would be best?

Looks good for a first car morrisons ownbrand boot polish with the sponge applicator is the best back to black good luck with it welcome to the site

no mine is a 1.2 ls but exactly the same as the vegas as far as i know! lol how do you put pics up thanks !

what u need to use is auto glym bumper car get it from halfords and it really good i used to use it on my corsa all the time

u might need to use it a few time till u get the proper effect cus ur arches r goin white

yeah i've already tried once with them but they are still really white, but i'll give it another few goings over with over the next month.

and i used imageshack.us to upload mine; just uplod an image and copy the code for forum 1 into here

I got a cd player with it thats quite good,
its a sony one but its about 4 year old now,
so no rush to get one just yet.

i've got some nice 6x9s too,
i'll post a picture when i fit them.
anyone know how to get the back inside panels off?

just got some pink ballistic 6x9s and a pink ariel to fit :}
and then thats it :]

thinking about geting a low bumper at the front, but worried about it looking too chavvy.

Looks like a nice first car


Agree with it been the best colour

Notice you have a gsi style spolier on there already which is always a good start. Can do loads of little things to smarten it up such as colour code the mirrors and door handles with some paint the same colour as the body work. Maybe a debadged grille on the front as they always look good

Other then that get the back to black on it and your onto a winner.

Best of luck with the driving test also
