Found a local 1998 Punto Van 1.7TD 60 for couple of hundred as a run a round.

Anyway of turning the boost up of these things if i buy it?

Just need something i can give death to.

Yes it can be done without any mods. i stand to be corrected but if i'm not mistaken, it's just a matter of turning a nut. could always do with a boost gauge to monitor the new value.

Turns out it wasnt a van, its just had the rear quarter windows taken out and metal covers put there instead. TBH it was a bag of poo.

12months MOT but Tax ran out last July Bit dodgy imo.

124k on th clock too.

Meh, ill keep looking.

jakey, i got my astra for 670. cant complain. just type diesel in ebay as i did. i put the distance to 25 miles so it was localish. ended up geting one 10 minutes away.

I rang up about a 1.7TD Punto and it went up £25 for the year
