Thought I would make a project thread, bit late really tho but never mind

This is how I bought it, and that pic mates it look good as it was a mess.

New Thought-
Plan on getting some trumpets and getting a sausage filter. Not sure how much room there will be but the baseplate for the filter with have to be played with a bit and have the trumpets welded on. The trumpets will pretrude about 50mm from the bottom of the baseplate to enable it to be clamped onto the bodies. Trumpets are going to be ones for twin 45 carbs for now but maybe changed later.

If it messes up I will just stick the dbilas box back on so all is good.

yea he did. It needs more polishing tho but I will do that.

Cant wait till I fit it all now. Moving house in the next week or so, so will probably be end of june.

Fitted new door cards today, the old ones were wrecked so if anybody wants some wrecked black door cards give me a shout.

Small update on the boddies- Gunna wait for a bit to fit them and get a v-sport 30 degree inlet. Iv set a timescale that they will be on for trax and have management done for janurary or feburary. Got a few jobs to do over the next couple of weeks so will keep you updated

Was up early today and it was good weather so decided to fit my new top mounts as the bearings were fucked on one of the old ones.
Was on my own so didnt really have time to take pics and didnt want to get the camera oily

And by that time my hands were stinking so didnt take any more. New rocker cover going to be fitted tomorrow so will have more pics.

Well seeming the weather was good I thought I would fit my new rocker cover. Didnt get any during the job pics sorry, just one after it was done.




Took about an hour and a half to do. Its a bit grubby where I had to hadle it. I fitted the carbon spark plug cover that I have had for ages aswell.

Quite happy with the finnish I got on the cover seeming I done it with cans.
