If he goes then good luck to him but I think everyone knows his career will go severaly backwards... very rude if he does leave IMO but hey, thats football.

We'll be safe in the knowledge that very very few players leave Arsenal and go on to be a success elsewhere

He'll also be safe in the knowledge that he was winning ball all at arse so may aswell move on

A bit bitter i think arsenal will be when he leaves, as he's out of contract isn't he? could have got a very tidy sum for him if he wasn't

Yeah hes out of contract

I dont se ehim winning more at AC than at Arsenal tbh unless AC start spending a shed load... their squad is full of old past it players, as Gian Luigi said... afterall, we knocke dem out

He could be part of a decent side if they sign a few more young players to compliment the experienced ones.

He could be... but their signing of Ronaldinho kinda shows that thats unlikely :/

They seem to be lately tryign to do what Real Madrid did for years and failed so much at :S

Ronaldinho has a good few years in him yet if he can regain some fitness and form.

Besides, he has been shit before this year, and when he became unshit Wenger then decided to offer him a deal. Balls to that, I'd leave too. If he's so good why wasn't his deal extended last season before it came to this?

Quite interesting that Flamini was offered and also refused a five year contract, much more than meets the eye with this I think.

Hleb keeps getting linked left right and centre with other clubs as does Fabregas, not saying they will move at all but with Gilberto looking like he will go and Diarra jumping ship earlier on in the season it's just a bit strange.
