Hi all. I am fairly new to Corsa Sport.
And this is my car incase any of you see me around, feel free to beep.
Thats the newest pic ive got of the car. The rest of the car is standard 98 sport stuff on the outside. Except its cleaner and shinier than it was when it was new. lol
So Hi There Everyone.
Back to why I posted;
I live in Bridgend, and I am getting a bit bored of driving to porthcawl, ogmore and southerndown. Not really a fan of driving over the Bwlch, unless its a really nice day.
So does anyone know of any good trips around here then?

Cheers tom, what corsa do you drive from your garage then? 1.4 or 1.8?
Trying to not go over the top with the car. The wheels are in terrible condition, but I like them, refurbs cost much?
I live in tondu dean.
I didnt think of the gower. lol. There we are, next night off from work, i will be off down there probs.

I agree with the Gower - the rounds down here are amazing, always a fgreat drive, even if its very busy, the views are amazing!
Take a slightly longer drive, make sure you go down as far as Rhossilli - thats where the faster roads are, its normally quieter, and the bay there is absolutely fantastic.

Not really , although at Rhossilli there is a restaurant/pub, so you can get food there.
If you go on a nice evening, you can sit there eating and drinking on the patio, looking over the whole bay, and it can look brilliant, so just try to pick a good day.

Hmm, its called a Rhossilli shoot, but the first half of the pictures were taken on the common, by Swansea airport, and the second lot were taken at Oxwich bay.
The ones where the sun is setting were taken at Rhossilli

lol, fair enough then. I suppose it made sense at the time.
They are still pretty good pics.
And I was just nosing in your garage Tom J, and theres some pics from bryngarw park in there.
Its nice there, but the speed bumps on the way in are unreal arent they?
Easily the worst bumps I have come across.

Any more suggestions then?
Or even if it isnt a drive, just somewhere nice for me and the missus to go.
We are bored of the usual now [ice skating in cardiff, cinemas, bowling in swansea]
So what do you lot all get up to round here then?

i fancy a drive down that way never really ventured that way... in a few weeks when the moneys right along with the weather im gonna venture up to a road called the aberystwyth mountain road off rhayader which i came across by accident when travelling to see my mate in bangor unversity, possibly the best drive ever! the most breathtaking views ive ever come across and i am defo gonna get some pics next to the dams (3 or 4 to choose from) with a backdrop of some massive calm lakes with mountains AMAZING!

My parents live in aberystwyth, so I drive up that way now and again. Only just been up there last week though, but will keep that road in mind for next time I go.
Its a nice drive up to Aber really, exept the motorway part like, but there are quite a few good, wide lanes to drive through, and the coast road is quite nice too.
That place does sound quite nice though chunk, look forward to the pics.
I will probably be off to the mumbles sometime this week then, thought about going today, but its a nice day, and its saturday, all the kids will be out. lol.
I like bryngarw park too, Parc Slip is quite a nice walk too. The side that hasnt got the main car park on is better I rekon.

I finally got round to uploading the pics into my garage.
Sorry about the pic quality on some of them, but the batterys in my camera run out as soon as I got there, so was using the missus phone all day. lol
So if you saw some bloke walking round with a purple phone, it was me. lol
The VW your on about was this:
it was nice, I didnt see it til the end, but I was a fan of the Renault 5 Turbo 2.
Was quite nice.
Most of the cars there were good, I was impressed.
