Well thought i would start project thread on my SXi.

I bought it off one of my good mates in March, he had owned it for just over 3 years, and taken it from totally standard to the way i bought it.

So here's how i got it.

List of modifications -

De handled doors, opened by remote poppers
Smooth boot, controlled by same remote
Badboy bonnet
Lowered 40
17" Team Dynamics (Now Replaced)
Nice subtle backbox (And a partially stainless mid section, makes a good noise)
Kamei Grille (I Replaced it with an opel grille)
Savage reclining buckets w/ blue harnesses.
Rear tints.
Lightly tinted tail lamps/smoked side repeaters.
Stripped rear.
Alpine H-U, 2x10" Kenwood, MTX Components, Alpine 6x9s. (All fitted by me)

How i got it.

Changed the wheels for mk3 astra gsi efforts (Soon to be cesaros')
Also fitted an opel grille.

And incase your wondering why i have a plate with 'A18 FRU' screwed onto the back of my sub box, thats my private reg, just need time to get it allocated.

Cheers, yeah it's immaculate, only downside is a small crack on the b pillar, car had full respray in 06 when the doors and that were done.

I've got an espace splitter somewhere for it, i just cant mind where.

Once i get my cesaro's i'm gonna put it down 60 on some good suspension.
headgasket is away though so need him back on the road first

Aye, a canny decide wether to go for black or white on the cesaro's.

Was gonna go for bilstein/avo/spax setup, and strut braces, and eventually i'll go down the polybush route.

My old EG Civic was decked on cheap ebay coily springs and jamex dampers with strut braces and it handled like fuck so i'd love to drive a car on quality suspension with braces !

Monday probably, was gonna try get them on today but my back wheel bearing is majorly fucked so not driving it anywhere.

I'll just get the tyres delivered up to my work & fit and balance them when i finish on Monday.

Losing a bit of top end power and fouled a set of plugs so gonna have to investagate that as well, just glad its running though.

Haha like i said its got no rear seats due to reclining buckets/harnesses/sub box

Centres arent finished so when there done i'll see what i think, if they go on i'll need to order opel badges for them.
