Went to see a house last night, me and gaz both very fond of it.. (I loved it).

Only been on the Market since Monday.

Went in at £108,500, £6k under the asking price

Fingers crossed hey!!

dont like the amount of laminate flooring though

a condensing combi boiler would get that energy band up

I love the house, just the feeling was great... Conserv, new kitchen etc... can move in and do fuck all

Driveway fits around 4-5 cars

Can't wait to get everythingsorted and move in

Well she is getting a place together with her fella...

Area's quiet, wouldnt say its the nicest in Widnes but better than im living at the minute...

Quite a lot of younger kids in the surrounding streets.. dont cause harm though
